AMX Childrens service is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to street children in Kenya. Established in 2024,
our organization has been a steadfast advocate
for vulnerable children who find themselves living and working on the streets due to various challenging circumstances.
MISSION

and supportive environment where every child can thrive emotionally,
socially, and academically. Through compassionate care, personalized attention,
and holistic development programs, we empower each child to reach their fullest
potential and become confident, responsible members of society.

ensuring that every child in our care finds love, stability, and opportunities for a brighter future."
What we do
Through our dedicated team of outreach workers, social workers, counselors, and volunteers, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of street children:
Emergency Shelter: Providing safe and secure shelter for children who have nowhere else to turn.
Basic Needs: Ensuring access to nutritious meals, clothing, and essential hygiene products.
Healthcare: Offering medical check-ups, vaccinations, and access to healthcare services.
Education: Enabling access to formal education or vocational training opportunities.
Counseling and Support: Providing trauma-informed counseling and emotional support to help children heal and rebuild their lives.
Family Reintegration: Facilitating reunification with families whenever possible, or supporting alternative care arrangements when necessary.
Our approach
We adopt a child-centered and rights-based approach in all our interventions,
prioritizing the well-being and best interests of each child.
Our programs are designed not only to meet immediate needs but also to empower children to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness through education and skill development.
